Placetailor’s multifamily Passivhaus, Powahouse – which we visited waaay back yonder in February – is getting a nice coating of plaster. This is after they demolished their blower door test, netting an impressively low 0.28ACH50! It will be interesting to see if their final blower door test shows further improvement.
Placetailor’s also working on another PH in the Boston area – Vladimir Pezel’s Park Passivhaus blog is covering the construction, which is underway. Insanely impressive, guys – keep up the great work!
